That doesn't sound right.
Just like any relationship that is meant to last, everyone needs to put in the effort to ensure it's a match made in heaven.
If this is your first visit to The Pampered Pooch, even if your pup has been to another daycare, you should schedule a Meet and greet (2 hours max). The first part of the appointment is a 15-minute evaluation which will give both you, your pup(s) & the staff a chance to get to know each other and make sure it's a match made in heaven.
What to expect:
- Review of your dog's history
- Observational assessment
- Social interaction assessment
- Play introduction
- Tour of the facility
Then the best part! Assuming all goes well, your pup(s) can stay for up to 2 hours for FREE and PLAY with the rest of our four-legged friends and The Social Pup staff who love them!

HOLIDAY BOARDING
When booking boarding during Christmas/New Year's & March (Spring) Breaks, a premium of $10 per night is applied to our base rate of $75/night.
Dates affected include:
- December 18, 2023, through to January 5, 2024
- March 8, 2024, through to March 17, 2024.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any holiday booking during the dates mentioned above.
Additional dogs from the same household receive 25% OFF
Additional discounts are available for stays over 10 days. Ask for more details. .
Boarding rates cover 24 hours, i.e. 9 am drop off on Friday to 9 am pick up on Saturday. Should you require a later pickup, additional rates will apply.
Drop offs - 1 hour prior to close, no drop-offs on Sundays
Pick up - Prior to close Monday to Saturday, Sundays there are 2 pick up times: 10 AM or 6 PM.
Holidays - no pickup or drop off
